WVSULRC in partnership with COC Student Council started Extension Program

The WVSU- Learning Resource Center (WVSU-LRC), in partnership with the College of Communication Student Council (COC-SC) has met with the Brgy. Council of Boulevard, Molo, Iloilo City (represented by Brgy. Kagawad Ryan Tabugo), last August 18, 2017, as the initial step in realizing their extension program. Believing that good and responsible use and dissemination of information contributes much for a prosperous society and nation building, the WVSU-LRC and COCSC sent Information materials to the said Barangay to enrich their library collection for Alternative Learning System (ALS) students, and the whole community as well. The meeting also gave way to the discussion of plans to conduct “Social Media and Information Literacy Seminars” to the community’s youth on November, among other plans.
